New England Weeds Authority Business Activity Strategic Plan (BASP) 2017 - 2027

The New England Weeds Authority Business Activity Strategic Plan 2017 - 2027 has been prepared by Council on behalf of the New England Tablelands community and our constituent Councils of Armidale Regional, Uralla Shire and Walcha Councils in accordance with the requirements of the Integrated Planning and Reporting legislation introduced by the New South Wales Government in 2010.

The purpose of this Plan is to identify the Council's and the communities main priorities and aspirations for the future, and to plan strategies for achieving these objectives in relation to scheduled priority and invasive weed management and control within the New England region. The Plan contains a Four Year Delivery Program, an Annual Operational Plan as well as a Resourcing Strategy that includes the Ten Year Long Term Financial Plan, the Workforce Strategy and the Asset Management Plan.
